Working from home (Telecommuting) may still be a taboo issue to be done by most companies, at least from a survey conducted by the company in the UK LogMeIn found that 21% of small and medium companies worried about the productivity of employees if allowed to work at home (no need to office).
Their worries among others that the employee would get up at 11 noon each day and working while eating, where it certainly was not productive.
But LogMeIn own view is different because they even think that by giving employees the opportunity to work from home will enhance their productivity.
There are at least 5 advantages to be had:
- Higher productivity and satisfaction in work
People who work from home usually have more working hours long and can certainly work better concentration and reduced stress (especially if the office is not adequate)
- Reducing the cost of the company
No more words that name too late for employees and retired employees the possibility of smaller, so also will reduce the problem of training costs for new employees
- The possibility to obtain higher-quality employees
If the distance is not an issue then the company can hire employees who lived in areas outside the area though. This usually like to be a problem if the employee lives far away, so although its potential, companies are reluctant to hire them
- Employees who are more healthy
There is no such thing as stress or fatigue at the time off work because of traffic on the streets or anything else. And lower risk of contracting the disease brought by the employee. Examples often employees are really cold inside, as a result many are hit tomorrow.

We agree with this myself working from home like this but only one little problem that we worry about, whether the employee is able to consistently discipline against him to always wake up as usual and others. This is a bit concerned.
